1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing cadvoid.com or using CADVOID downloads and services, you agree to these terms where applicable. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant website features, tools, or services.

2. Free AutoLISP tools and tutorials

CADVOID makes selected AutoLISP utilities and educational tutorials available at no charge. Unless a tool includes a separate license, you may use an officially provided free tool for your own personal or internal business CAD work.

Free availability does not transfer copyright or ownership. Do not resell, repackage, or redistribute CADVOID-branded downloads as your own product without permission. Linking to the official download page is welcome.

3. Premium tools and purchases

Paid tools may have additional product-specific requirements, compatibility details, licenses, activation conditions, and purchase terms. Review the applicable product page and checkout terms before purchasing.

Pricing, accepted payment methods, delivery arrangements, and any refund eligibility should be stated during the purchase process or in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this page replaces rights provided by applicable consumer law.

4. Custom automation and drafting services

Custom AutoLISP, C# .NET, and remote CAD drafting engagements are subject to a separately agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, revision terms, and any applicable confidentiality or ownership arrangements.

Sending a project inquiry does not itself create an obligation for either party to proceed. Work begins only when relevant project terms have been agreed.

5. Safe and responsible use

You are responsible for checking tool compatibility with your AutoCAD version, backing up drawings, reviewing results, and verifying plot settings, calculations, geometry, and outputs before relying on them in production.

Do not use the website or tools for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website security or operation. Some downloads may require Windows AutoCAD or specific software dependencies; consult the tool documentation.

6. Availability and limitations

Free tools, tutorials, and website materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to make them useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every AutoCAD environment, or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, CADVOID is not responsible for losses arising from unverified use of tools or reliance on example workflows. This provision does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual property and third parties

Unless otherwise stated, CADVOID-created tool code, branding, written materials, and tutorials are owned by CADVOID or their respective rights holders. AutoCAD and other third-party product names belong to their respective owners; CADVOID is an independent provider and is not represented as endorsed by those companies.

External services linked from this website are subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as offerings change. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new revision date. Material changes to a separately agreed paid project should be handled under the applicable agreement.
