Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from CADVoid Hub.

Digital Products & Tokens

Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable files (such as .dwg blocks, .pat hatches, and custom AutoLISP scripts), all sales are final.

Once a premium download token is generated and emailed to you by our automated system, the purchase cannot be canceled, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Custom CAD Services

For custom outsourcing projects (PDF to CAD, bespoke LISP routines, etc.), a partial refund may only be issued if the project is canceled before any drafting or programming work has commenced. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Token Issues

If you experience any technical issues with your generated token or the file download fails, please contact our support team immediately at cadvoidinfo@gmail.com. We will manually verify your transaction and ensure you receive the files you purchased.
